By downloading, installing, or using the Document Scanner application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
Document Scanner is provided to help you digitize, crop, filter, and export documents as PDFs or images. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You are solely responsible for the documents and content you scan and share using the App.
Document Scanner is designed as an offline-first application. We do not collect, back up, or have access to the data you scan. It is your responsibility to maintain backups of your important documents by exporting them to secure locations.
The App, including its original design, features, functionality, and branding, is owned by us and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
In no event shall we be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the App, even if we or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our App after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
